BBC：英國國家網絡安全中心(NCSC National Cyber Security Center)
面對越來越頻繁和複雜的網絡攻擊，英國國家網絡安全中心(NCSC)周二（14日）正式啟動，女王為該中心揭幕。
國家網絡安全中心是去年10月開始籌建，將搬進倫敦市中心地點正式運作。
該中心將邀請各界的專家參與合作，研究網絡安全威脅和漏洞，並對如何應對網絡攻擊提出建議。
NCSC首席執行官馬丁表示，在過去3個月，英國遭受188次網絡攻擊。他還發出警告，英國有可能遭受一次重大網絡攻擊。
他指出，「我們將使英國成為最難攻破的目標。」
NCSC的首要目標是簡化網絡安全的政府職責分工，用一個機構保護所有的重要機構，避免機構無處訴求，從而更好地提供支持。
NCSC四大主要目標是：降低英國的網絡安全風險；有效應對網絡事件並減少損失；了解網絡安全環境、共享信息並解決系統漏洞；增強英國網絡安全能力，並在重要國家網絡安全問題上提供指導。

該中心是英國情報機構政府通訊總部的一部分，也是政府為期5年投資19億英鎊戰略計劃的一部分，旨在加強國家網絡安全。
出席開幕式的還包括財政大臣哈蒙德、內政大臣路德以及國防大臣法倫等英國政界要員。
哈蒙德表示："作為財政大臣，我深知數碼領域對英國經濟的重要性，其每年產值1180億英鎊。"
