Alistair Darling, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, today addressed the Foreign Press Association in London in anticipation of the G20 Finance Ministers meeting on 14 March. He outlined how he intended to deal with the current economic problems, emphasising the need not only to tackle existing problems, but also to plan for recovery.
