Why are there so many billionaires in London?
London has more foreign billionaires than any other city on earth. More than a dozen of the world's richest tycoons have chosen to settle in the British capital. They range from Russian oligarchs to Saudi princes, from Asian entrepreneurs to Greek shipping magnates. The reason it seems is tax.
Foreign-born super wealthy people pay less tax in the UK than in any other large, developed country. But as Stephen Beard reports, that tax break is causing resentment among less affluent Brits.
